Hellenic Championship - DAY 10

Day 10 was played last night with all the favorites prevailing in games that were derbies only by fame. Athina '90 got an easy win at Gipaetoi,one of the most difficult home grounds, with a devastating 3-9 win. The home team was lacking depth missing two key players and their coach who was down with the flu. Athina was up 0-3 at halftime and never lost their lead all through the game. Doukas also came away with a vital win at Olympiada 2-6, and staying on track following Athina 3 points behind. Doukas took advantage of their opportunities while the home team proved too nervous at vital points in the game. Iniohos came back to winning games with a 3-6 win at Aris Virona. Ilioupoli got a tough win against N.Ikonio 3-2 and Minotavros stumbled against Yperion 4-4 at home. Finally Kosmos VP conquered the win against Aeas Pallinis 7-3 and has stepped away from trouble and the bottom of the table.
