Hellenic Championship - DAY 5

Athina '90 overcame the resistant Minotavros and got an important win 6-10, in the most important game of Day 5. Athina '90 travels to Bacu, Azerbaijan for the elite round of the UEFA Futsal Cup without Socrates Mourdoukoutas who was not able to get a permit from work. Doukas got the first away win in four years cruising through Kosmos VP 2-5. Troulitakis scored twice to lead the game in scoring. Gipaetoi continue to rise in the table with a tough win against Aeas Pallinis 3-2. David was the top scorer with 2 goals. Ilioupoli overcame Yperion 5-1, and Stamatiou was once again the leader with 2 goals. N.Ikonio got their first win of the season against relegation rivals Aris Virona 9-4 and has stepped up in the table, away from the danger zone. Finally Olympiada conquered the field against Iniohos and dominated 8-2 at home. Panagiotis Morfesis was vital in the win with 3 goals and one assist, leading the way for "Santa". The results were:
